Front Desk Receptionist

Role description

Key responsibilities

• Welcome clients and guests; handle calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer enquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage appointments; follow up with leads, trials, and existing clients.
• Support membership and package enquiries and assist with sales conversions.
• Manage client check-ins and accurate customer records; coordinate daily schedules with personal trainers.
• Handle basic payments and front-desk administrative tasks; maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Previous receptionist, front desk executive, customer service executive, or gym receptionist experience is preferred.
• Excellent English communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort handling calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and follow-ups; basic computer and administrative skills.
• Sales-oriented, confident communicating with potential clients, and able to multitask in a busy fitness studio.
• Must be available to join immediately.
• Gym, fitness studio, wellness center, salon, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience is an advantage.

Pay

• Pay is AED 3,000–3,500 per month.
