About The Role
Presentable, Well-groomed, and Energetic, professional with strong communication and organizational skills, and using experience, confidence in front office management to coordinate smooth operations of company and provide good impression about the company to the visitors/callers.

Duties & Responsibilities
- To receive all visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- To handle Switchboard professionally and efficiently
- Receiving and directing external and internal calls.
- Handling international calls since all international calls are routed through the reception.
- Maintain database of contacts
- Sending and receiving faxes.
- Informing the accounts department about deductions to be made regarding personal calls made from the company line.
- Handling and receiving of couriers
- Handling and receiving of couriers: Booking the couriers invoices correctly (Projects/OH) in the system and submit them along with the summary to accounts team as per the defined deadline (before the due date) for payment
- Maintain the incoming courier book; date- name- airway bill, signature of the receiver etc.
- Managing the fuel portal and processing invoice payments.
- Providing support to the administration team as and when required
- Distributing Faxes & the daily post.
- Candidate requirements
- 3 – 5 years’ experience
- Degree / Diploma in Administration
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Professional personal presentation (Well-groomed and energetic)
