Front Desk Executive

Role overview

Qualifications and skills

• At least 2 years of front desk management, hospitality, or customer service experience; spa or wellness experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred.
• Requires team leadership, customer service, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Requires proficiency with spa booking systems, POS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and other office management tools.
• Spa treatment and product familiarity is highly preferred; ability to upsell services and products is expected.
• Similar wellness or hospitality experience is an advantage.

Guest relations and service

• Welcome guests, respond to calls and inquiries, manage reservations, and record guest preferences.
• Address complaints and recommend spa services, treatments, and packages.

Team management

• Supervise front desk staff, schedule coverage, train associates, provide performance feedback, and resolve team conflicts.

Spa operations and administration

• Oversee check-in and check-out, booking schedules, inventory, and accurate, secure spa records.
• Process payments and manage memberships, packages, gift card sales, and renewals.

Safety and workplace standards

• Maintain cleanliness and organization and ensure spa areas and services comply with health, safety, legal, and company requirements.

Marketing and promotions

• Support promotions, seasonal packages, membership drives, and distribution of promotional materials.
• Maintain knowledge of spa services, treatments, and retail offerings to promote them to guests.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 3,000–4,000 per month.
