Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive individual to manage front desk operations, customer service, and social media activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable interacting with customers, and have basic social media knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients at reception
- Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, and customer inquiries
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Coordinate with doctors and internal teams
- Manage billing and customer records
- Handle social media posts, reels, stories, and messages
- Assist with promotions and awareness campaigns
- Ensure the reception area remains organised
Requirements
- Good communication skills in English
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Basic computer and social media knowledge
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or reception experience preferred
- Passion for animals is an advantage
Salary
To be discussed based on experience.
Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per hour
