Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally.
- Process reservations, payments and billing accurately.
- Maintain guest records and ensure data accuracy.
- Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest stays.
- Deliver exceptional service in line with Radisson standards.
- Join the opening team at Radisson Hotel Fujairah, the newest addition to the Radisson family and an exciting new destination in the heart of the emirate. Featuring 202 contemporary guest rooms, eight versatile meeting and event spaces, and a vibrant signature bar, our hotel is dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences while creating rewarding career opportunities for our team members.

Qualifications
- Previous Front Office or guest service experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and passion for customer service.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
