Role Description

The Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.

This role is responsible for greeting clients, managing check-in and check-out procedures, and ensuring a welcoming environment at the reception area.

Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, and coordinating with clinical staff to keep schedules accurate and efficient.

The Front Desk Receptionist will handle patient registration, maintain and update records, process payments, and manage basic clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

The role also involves addressing client questions, providing general information about services, and supporting a smooth, professional experience for all visitors.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients and team members.
  • Proficiency in receptionist duties and phone etiquette, including managing multi-line phone systems and appointment scheduling.
  • Clerical skills such as data entry, filing, basic record keeping, and handling front desk administrative tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Previous experience in a clinic, spa, hospitality, or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Comfort using office software and scheduling systems; experience with medical or clinic software is an advantage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in administration or healthcare support is a plus.
  • Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability, with flexibility to work clinic operating hours as needed.
