The concept is designed mainly for kids and teens, with a strong focus on flavor, creativity, presentation, and social media appeal.
We are looking for a talented and hands-on Fried Food Chef who can develop the full food concept and work directly in the shop during setup and operations.
Recipe & Concept Development
- Develop and perfect recipes for:
- Chicken nuggets
- Chicken popcorn
- Crispy fried chicken products
- Signature sauces and dips
- Side items and combo meals
- Create:
- Standard recipe manuals
- Portion sizes
- Food costing sheets
- Preparation methods
- Kitchen SOPs
Kitchen & Operations
- Work directly inside the shop
- Prepare and supervise food production
- Train kitchen staff
- Ensure product consistency and quality
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Improve kitchen workflow and speed of service
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
