🎯 What's your mission? To join the fragrance development team of the Creative Centre in Dubai. He/She will act as a pivotal link between clients, perfumers, marketing and commercial teams to translate market insights into winning olfactive creations, ensuring technical excellence, speed, and relevance.

🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

• Responsible for creating and developing fragrance compositions that meet customer briefs and internal project requirements, while respecting price, technical/regulatory, creative guidelines and deadlines/priorities.
• Select fragrances from the fragrance library in response to customer briefs
• Update the local fragrance library, ensuring a relevant and highly accepted collection of fragrance themes to answer briefs efficiently
• Coordinate and manage fragrance development projects from brief reception to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client expectations are met.
• Ability to translate clients’ needs clear briefs to perfumers
• Analyze client olfactive strategy and build action plan/ project timeline with Account Manager
• Observe and analyze market and consumer trends to support fragrance innovation and translate into proactive proposals and brief anticipation
• Feed market insights into regional & global olfactive strategies
• Lead interactions with clients during development, feedback and co creation sessions
• Present fragrance concepts / reworks to client with strong story telling
• Act as a role model/reference for FDMs
• Share best practices, olfactive knowledge with FDM community

✅ What you need to shine in this role Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Fragrances, or equivalent (Bachelor's minimum, Master's preferred)

Between 4 -7 years Fragrance Development experience in the ME region preferably

Excellent olfactive capabilities with winning track record in the industry
