We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Support Engineer
- to support our Projects Team in preparing accurate quotations, managing order processing, and coordinating deliveries.
- The role requires strong technical understanding of electrical or mechanical products and the ability to coordinate effectively between sales, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely execution
- Good in coordinating sales - coordinating with clients for timely delivery and order processing.
- Good communication Skill
- Good knowledge in Electrical / Mechanical products.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects- follow up orders and payments.
- Strong relationship with MEP contractors & consultants within the industry.
- ERP Proficiency.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
- Maintain customer records, using automated systems.
- Select or assist customers in selecting products based on customer needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations
