Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Freshers (B.Pharma + MBA) Business Development Manager role based in Dubai.
Responsibilities
include developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and conducting market research to inform strategic decisions.
The role also includes preparing proposals, presentations, and reports, collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals, and ensuring overall business growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharma) and an MBA.
- Knowledge of Business Development: Skills in client relationship management, proposal preparation, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Analytical Thinking: Proficient in market research and strategic planning to inform decision-making and identify trends.
- Industry Awareness: Understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry is a significant asset.
- Motivation and Adaptability: A self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to dynamic business environments.
- Willingness to Relocate: Open to relocating and working on-site in Dubai.
