Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Legal Associate.
The Legal Associate will assist in providing legal counsel, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Additional responsibilities include legal research to support business operations, managing case files, and advising on corporate policies.
The role requires collaboration with internal stakeholders and external legal teams to address legal risks and provide strategic guidance.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in contract drafting, negotiation, and review
- Proficiency in legal research, legal writing, and regulatory compliance matters
- Understanding of corporate and commercial law principles
- Effective communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage case files and maintain meticulous documentation
- Capacity to operate effectively in remote and team-oriented environments
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification required
- Fresh graduate or with 2 years working experience preferred
