Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive **French-Speaking Office Administrator / Executive** to support our office operations in Conakry.

The ideal candidate must be a graduate with excellent communication skills in French and strong administrative capabilities.

This role requires someone who can manage office operations efficiently while providing administrative support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.
  • Handle all correspondence, emails, letters, and official documentation in French.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.
  • Maintain organized records, files, and confidential company documents.
  • Liaise with government authorities, banks, vendors, and service providers as required.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and support management with administrative tasks.
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
  • Assist in maintaining office policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.
  • Support HR activities, including employee documentation and onboarding.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the Conakry office and other company locations.
  • Perform any additional administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Graduation is mandatory).
  • Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Good command of English is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration, executive support, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Experience working with multinational organizations is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with administrative procedures related to trading or commercial businesses is preferred.
