Role Overview

This role involves reviewing, validating, and processing financial documents in French for a technology and AI-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review financial documents including invoices, receipts, and contracts in French to verify accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and validate financial data before final approval.
  • Maintain organized digital records of all processed documents with clear audit trails for internal and external reviews.
  • Adhere to internal policies and regulatory requirements while processing sensitive financial information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluency in French and English, with strong written communication skills for document review and validation.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial document processing, accounting support, or related administrative finance roles.
  • Proficiency in using financial software or ERP systems for document tracking and record-keeping.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in financial documentation.
