About The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Freight Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and promoting our freight forwarding and logistics solutions.

Please note: Prior Freight Forwarding experience in Dubai/UAE is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities for Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Transportation, Customs Clearance, and Warehousing services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Generate sales leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market visits.
  • Prepare and submit competitive quotations and logistics solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Negotiate rates and service agreements with customers.
  • Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment handling and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in Freight Forwarding within Dubai/UAE (Mandatory).
  • Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Transportation, Customs Clearance, and Logistics services.
  • Existing customer network and business contacts within the UAE market will be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM applications.
