Role overview

Responsibilities

• Handle logistics for projects and regular shipments by road, air, sea, or other modes.
• Implement efficient work processes for allocated projects.
• Quote, organize, bill, document, operate, and execute door-to-door shipments unless otherwise specified.
• Analyze schedules, quality, and performance of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Follow company ISO and OHSAS directions and health and safety targets.
• Work to reduce environmental impact in line with defined targets.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities; contribute to EP&P documentation and business continuity planning or response as required.
• Manage stakeholder interfaces and foster cooperation among local, regional, and global team members.

Candidate requirements

• Diploma, first degree, or relevant experience.
• Project Coordinator experience and at least five years of international logistics experience.
• Strong negotiation and effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to represent the company and build strong client and customer relationships.
• Demonstrated delegation, decision-making, creativity, innovation, integrity, reliability, commitment, and passion.
• Ability to travel nationally or internationally and safely access operating or construction sites.

Compensation

• Salary advertised up to $80,000–$90,000 plus superannuation; pay cadence is not specified.
