Job Description: Freelance Videographer / Content Creator

We are looking for a talented Freelance Videographer / Content Creator to create high-quality, engaging, and viral-style video content for social media platforms.

The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the UAE market, understand current social media trends, and be able to produce creative videos that attract attention, increase engagement, and support brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Shoot creative and engaging video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Create viral-style videos, reels, behind-the-scenes content, lifestyle videos, promotional clips, and short-form storytelling content.
• Develop video concepts based on current trends and brand objectives.
• Capture high-quality footage with strong attention to lighting, angles, composition, and sound.
• Edit videos in a modern, fast-paced, and engaging style suitable for social media.
• Add subtitles, music, transitions, effects, and basic motion graphics when needed.
• Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and content direction.
• Suggest creative ideas that can improve reach, engagement, and audience retention.
• Deliver content on time according to the agreed schedule.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer, content creator, or social media video producer.
• Arabic language is mandatory.
• Previous experience working in the UAE market is required.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, and viral content formats.
• Ability to create content that feels natural, trendy, and engaging.
• Good knowledge of video shooting, lighting, framing, audio, and editing.
• Ability to work independently as a freelancer.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Must have own camera/equipment or be able to arrange professional shooting equipment.
• Portfolio or examples of previous work are required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with restaurants, cafés, lifestyle brands, real estate, events, or corporate brands.
• Knowledge of UAE/GCC audience behavior and social media trends.
• Ability to work with influencers, staff, customers, or presenters during shoots.
• Basic photography skills are a plus.
• Ability to create Arabic and English captions/subtitles is a plus.
