• I'm looking for a creative Videographer & Editor to help grow my real estate portfolio across YouTube, Instagram, and other social platforms.

• 📄 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭: 3 Months (Extendable)
• 💼 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Freelance / Own Visa Required
• 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:
• Shoot engaging real estate and lifestyle content using a smartphone and professional mobile accessories
• Create content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, and other social media platforms
• Edit videos with quick turnaround times for social media publishing
• Bring creative concepts, trending content ideas, and storytelling techniques to the table
• Work closely with me to build a strong personal brand and online presence
• 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
• Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement
• Experience shooting and editing content for Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video platforms
• Strong mobile videography skills and confidence shooting on smartphones
• Experience using a gimbal for smooth, professional-looking footage
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
• Must have their own laptop and licensed editing software/tools required for content production
• Self-motivated, reliable, creative, and able to work independently
• Real estate content creation experience is preferred
• Based in Dubai with a valid freelance visa or own visa
