About Bytes Oasis
Bytes Oasis is a digital solutions and AI software company helping businesses build modern websites, mobile applications, SaaS platforms, dashboards, ERP/CRM systems, e-commerce solutions, and AI-powered automation tools.
We are looking for a Freelance Sales Partner / Business Development Partner to help us generate new software project opportunities in the UAE and GCC market.
This is a remote, commission-only contract role.
There is no fixed salary.
The partner can earn up to 30% commission on successfully closed deals.
Role Overview
As a Freelance Sales Partner, your role will be to identify potential clients, introduce Bytes Oasis services, generate qualified leads, and help move opportunities toward successful deals.
You do not need to be a technical expert, but you should be comfortable speaking with business owners, decision-makers, startups, clinics, restaurants, service companies, and organizations that may need software or digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients who need websites, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, dashboards, ERP/CRM systems, e-commerce solutions, or AI automation
- Reach out to businesses through LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals, events, or your personal network
- Introduce Bytes Oasis services in a professional way
- Understand the client’s basic needs and arrange meetings with our team
- Follow up with prospects and support the sales process
- Help build long-term relationships with clients
- Work with our technical team to prepare proposals when needed

Commission Structure
- This is a commission-only freelance role.
- Commission can reach up to 30% depending on:
- Project size
- Lead quality
- Your involvement in follow-up and closing
- Whether you only introduce the client or actively help close the deal
- Commission is paid only after the client payment is received by Bytes Oasis.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Good network in UAE, GCC, or international business markets
- Ability to speak with business owners and decision-makers
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Comfortable working on a commission-based model
- Basic understanding of software, websites, mobile apps, SaaS, AI, or digital transformation is a plus
