Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Freelance Sales role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Freelance Sales professional will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building and maintaining strong relationships, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals.
The role involves understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and meeting sales targets while representing the company’s values and premium offerings.
Additionally, the position requires collaborating with the internal design and project teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with clients and providing exceptional support.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting or exceeding targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in providing Training or mentoring to colleagues or junior team members in a sales or customer-facing environment.
- Knowledge of the interior design or fit-out industry is highly desirable.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
