• Dubai, on-site with the client team (occasional travel within the GCC)
• Reports to:
• Pivot Prime's CEO but will be working for a luxury goods client.
• Pivot Prime is an operations consultancy working with high-growth businesses across the UAE.
• We're sourcing a freelance Project Manager to embed with a luxury goods client and own their day-to-day operational delivery, from client brief through to final fulfilment.
• What you'd own:
• Single point of ownership for each project, coordinating design, sourcing, production, QC, and logistics so the client isn't chasing four different people for status
• Managing the full order lifecycle: brief intake, costing and quotation, sampling and client approval, production confirmation, quality control, fulfilment, and delivery
• Liaising directly with a supplier network across the UAE and Saudi Arabia
• Tracking timelines and SLAs, flagging risks early, and escalating when needed
• Maintaining supplier and client scorecards to support better decision-making over time
• What we're looking for:
• 4–8 years in project management, operations, or supply chain, ideally in retail, luxury goods, FMCG, gifting, or another production-heavy environment
• Comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once: sourcing, manufacturing timelines, customs/logistics across GCC borders, and client expectations
• Strong stakeholder management, confident running a project end-to-end without close supervision
• **Must hold your own valid UAE freelance permit and residence visa**

• GCC experience preferred; Arabic a plus but not required
