Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and well-connected **Freelance Marketing Executive** to support business development in the Interior Fit-Out and Construction sector.
The ideal candidate will have strong industry experience in the UAE market and the ability to generate leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and secure projects in:
• Swimming Pool Construction
- Landscaping Works
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers
- Identify new business opportunities and convert them into successful projects
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in marketing/business development within the UAE Interior Fit-Out or Construction industry
- Strong network of industry contacts (consultants, contractors, developers, clients)
- Track record of bringing confirmed projects/orders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused
- UAE driving license is an advantage
Compensation & Benefits
- **Freelance / Commission-Based Role**
- Attractive commission on successful project acquisition
- **Commission Structure:** 2% – 3% of total project value
Alternative Option (Full-Time)
- Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 + Incentive Slab Structure
