Invicta Med is looking for an experienced

to support our growing recruitment division within the UAE's medical, aesthetics and wellness sector.

💰 Compensation to be discussed based on experience and structure

What you'll be doing:

🟢 Calling and screening healthcare candidates for a variety of roles

🟢 Conducting initial phone interviews and assessing candidate suitability

🟢 Evaluating communication skills, motivation and cultural fit

🟢 Preparing candidate summaries and shortlists for clients

🟢 Coordinating interview schedules and following up with applicants

🟢 Supporting recruitment projects across aesthetics, wellness, longevity and healthcare

We're looking for someone who:

✅ Has previous recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare, aesthetics or medical staffing

✅ Is confident on the phone and enjoys building rapport with candidates

✅ Has strong judgement and can identify high-potential profiles quickly

✅ Is highly organised and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

✅ Works independently and takes ownership of their workload

✅ Has excellent spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)
