Overview
We are looking for an experienced Freelance
Event Management Trainer
to deliver a professional Event Management Training Program for corporate professionals in the UAE.
Trainer Responsibilities
Deliver engaging instructor-led training on Event Management fundamentals and lifecycle
Conduct sessions covering:
Stakeholder & Guest Management
Share practical case studies, templates, and industry best practices
Facilitate interactive and hands-on learning sessions
Provide real-world examples from corporate and large-scale events
Requirements
Proven experience delivering Event Management Training
Strong expertise in corporate event planning, logistics, budgeting, and operations
Experience
managing conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, seminars, or similar projects
Ability to deliver engaging, practical, and interactive sessions
Prior UAE/GCC corporate training experience preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant certifications in Event Management / Project Management preferred
Minimum 10+ years of relevant training and industry experience
