We’re Hiring: Freelance Digital Marketing Manager for Tourism (GCC)
UAE-based | Freelance / Contract
We are looking for a proactive, strategic, and highly organized Digital Marketing Manager to support our work on tourism across GCC markets (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain and Kuwait).

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to strengthen destination visibility across GCC markets, including market analysis, target segmentation, objectives definition, messaging
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across search engines and social media platforms
- Plan and develop promotional digital content and influencer campaigns
- Drive digital partnerships and campaign opportunities to increase visibility and engagement
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to align on objectives and campaign direction
- Monitor digital performance and identify opportunities for increased impact and growth
- Prepare regular updates, reports, and follow-up materials
Requirements
- Over 8 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and online strategy within the tourism and travel industry
- Proven track record in managing digital campaigns and driving online visibility for tourism destinations
- Strong experience in GCC markets
- Strong experience across digital platforms, including social media and search engines
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent command of English (C1 level or above)
