Responsibilities
- Prospect and contact commercial clients across real estate, hospitality, corporate, e-commerce, and high-ticket service sectors.
- Pitch social media management, video and photography production, and content retainer packages.
- Lead discovery calls and present tailored creative-service proposals.
- Manage client relationships through onboarding and closure.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and track outreach performance.
Compensation
- Commission is uncapped; the description gives examples of 10%–20% on closed upfront production contracts and 10% monthly residual commission on active client retainers.
