HKW Wealth is a Dubai-based real estate and capital advisory firm working with a select group of investors, advisors, and capital partners.
Our focus is not volume brokerage.
We operate around capital — how it is positioned, deployed, and managed across real estate opportunities.
This role sits directly within the founder’s office and is critical to building deal flow and market access.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Associate responsible for building direct conversations with investors, advisors, and capital partners across the UAE.
The objective is simple: create a consistent flow of qualified conversations for the founder.
1. Target Identification & List Building
- Identify relevant profiles across:
- family offices
- wealth managers
- lawyers
- business owners
- Build and maintain structured contact lists daily
2. Outbound Outreach (Primary Function)
- Send daily outreach via:
- Use structured messaging (founder-led tone)
- Maintain consistency and volume
3. Follow-Ups (Critical)
- Track all conversations
- Execute follow-ups consistently
- Ensure no opportunity is lost
4. Qualification & Handover
- Identify serious vs non-serious responses
- Filter and qualify conversations
- Book meetings directly into the founder’s calendar
5. Pipeline Tracking
- Maintain CRM / tracking sheets
- Monitor responses, engagement, and conversion
- We are looking for someone who is:
- highly structured and detail-oriented
- comfortable with repetitive, execution-heavy work
- strong in written communication (clear, concise English)
- disciplined and consistent in daily output
- able to follow systems without constant supervision
