We are currently looking for a Freelance Art Director in United Arab Emirates.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and enjoys crafting visually compelling campaigns across multiple channels.

In this role, you will develop social-first, performance-driven creative concepts that connect with audiences and drive measurable impact.

You’ll work across digital, video, print, and experiential formats while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver standout work.

The position also offers the chance to explore how AI-powered tools can enhance ideation, streamline production, and accelerate creative workflows.

Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers with strong visual storytelling skills, a sharp eye for design, and the ability to balance creativity with performance objectives.

This fully remote role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of innovative campaigns.

Accountabilities

  • Conceptualize and design high-performing creative campaigns across social media, digital advertising, video, email, landing pages, and additional marketing channels.
  • Develop and adapt creative assets for print, out-of-home advertising, broadcast, and other multimedia formats as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Management and Project Management teams to ensure projects remain aligned with client objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and strategic creative solutions that strengthen brand storytelling and audience engagement.
  • Integrate AI-powered creative tools into brainstorming, design exploration, and production workflows where they improve efficiency or elevate creative outcomes.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Participate actively in feedback sessions, creative reviews, and collaborative brainstorming to refine concepts and optimize campaign performance.

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in social-first, performance-focused creative campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; experience with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of digital design principles, creative strategy, branding, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience creating work across digital, video, web, print, and motion design formats.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate creative concepts and design rationale.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and revisions without compromising quality.
  • Curiosity and openness toward emerging technologies, including AI tools that support creative ideation and production.
  • Collaborative mindset combined with the ability to work independently and proactively in remote environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field is preferred.
  • Availability to work within PST business hours is required.
