Fraud Operation Lead Analyst - Vice President

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead fraud management projects and manage part of the fraud-loss portfolio.
• Help develop fraud policies, processes, procedures, tactics, and strategies.
• Manage losses, coach personnel, identify detection issues, and provide analytical or modeling solutions.
• Monitor operational goals and change initiatives; manage authorization detection and prioritize detection projects.
• Assess risk, promote compliance and ethical conduct, and report control issues.

Qualifications and education

• 6–10 years of experience in a related role; senior-level experience in a similar position is preferred.
• Expertise in at least one functional area.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; master’s degree preferred.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication and ability to remain unbiased in a diverse working environment.

Compensation

• Published annual salary range is $93,440–$140,160.
