Role Description

As a Franchise Partner Europe at Rahmqvist Group, you will build and grow a local franchise presence by introducing Rahmqvist’s workplace solutions to organizations across your assigned European market.

This full-time, on-site role is based in Stockholm Sweden, and involves developing and executing a regional sales and expansion plan, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing long-term customer relationships.

You will recruit, coach, and support a local sales team, ensuring they understand and represent Rahmqvist’s product concepts, values, and service standards.

Daily work includes meeting with clients, conducting needs assessments, presenting tailored product and service solutions, and gathering feedback to help refine Rahmqvist’s offerings.

You will collaborate closely with the wider Rahmqvist network to share best practices, uphold brand quality, and ensure sustainable growth of your franchise operations.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales, business development, or franchising within international or European markets.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with a focus on long-term partnerships and customer-centric solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with solid commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L understanding.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work locally, and travel as needed within the region.
  • Familiarity with workplace solutions, office products, or related sectors is beneficial but not mandatory. The main category is Ergonomically products - first aid and cleaning and disinfection.
  • Commitment to quality, sustainability, and ethical business practices aligned with Rahmqvist Group’s values.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
