About This Role

What you ll do

  • Lead the Sales and Marketing business planning and management activities in line with ambitious growth plans, translating strategy into clear, measurable actions.
  • Develop and implement franchise strategies to transform and shape the treatment of diseases in the specified therapy area.
  • Lead a team of sales and marketing managers setting clear expectations, tracking performance, and addressing challenges early to secure brand objectives.
  • Lead the commercial strategy for the specified products, and drive new product launches with excellence, orchestrating cross-functional teams to deliver impactful launch plans.
  • Ensure effective product communication and promotional support, driving implementation of marketing plans that deliver on sales, margin and profit goals.
  • Define brand priorities through the implementation of cross functional brand plan process, considering company alliance & SOP.
  • Assure the market analysis (scenarios, trend, competitors, etc.) and monitor the quantitative and qualitative product perception.
  • Drive innovation / digitalization in business, finding and implementing innovative approaches across marketing channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and HCOs, aligning local initiatives with global and international projects and guidance to maximize impact
  • Work cross functionally to ensure seamless collaboration between medical, market access, regulatory and other key functions, with a strong focus on unlocking market access opportunities.
  • Conduct ongoing market analysis, including scenario planning, trend monitoring and competitor intelligence, to inform agile decision-making and course correction.
