Franchise Events Planning Specialist - US Remote

Key Responsibilities
- Event Planning Support — Assist with timelines, task tracking, vendor coordination, and planning documents.
- Logistics Management — Support venue communication, AV needs, catering orders, room layouts, and run‐of‐show updates.
- Registration & Communication — Help manage attendee lists, confirmations, and event communications.
- Onsite Prep Assistance — Coordinate materials, signage, shipments, and event assets.
- Post‐Event Wrap — Support surveys, reporting, and reconciliation tasks.
- What We’re Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple moving parts
- Comfort jumping into events at any stage of planning
- Clear communication and a proactive, solution‐oriented mindset
- Experience in events, hospitality, or project coordination preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team
- Schedule & Duration
- Temporary role: December 2026 – April 2027
- Hours vary based on event cycle and workload
- Remote with occasional regional travel depending on business need
