Nakhati, launched by Kerten Hospitality, is an avant-garde gelato brand rooted in Riyadh but with eyes set on global horizons.
It’s more than a ‘Gelato Sweetery’ – it’s a movement, an expression of artisanal elegance and cultural richness, weaving the tapestries of local flavours into every scoop.
Inspired by the rich culinary traditions of the KSA and imbued with international flair, Nakhati offers an array of handcrafted gelatos boasting local ingredients and flavours, like Karak tea, rose, dates, honey, nuts, and saffron.
But there's more than what meets the eye.

Location
Riyadh, located in the heart of the country and known as a major hub for business, culture, and modern city life.
The city is home to Diriyah, one of Saudi Arabia’s most iconic heritage destinations, including the UNESCO-listed At-Turaif District.
Nakhati is located at Bujairi Terrace in Diriyah, offering a unique setting that combines strong accessibility with a vibrant lifestyle experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Business Development team in identifying and sourcing potential franchise and expansion opportunities across target markets.
- Assist in researching new markets, competitors, and industry trends to support strategic decision-making and brand growth.
- Support the preparation of presentations, pitch materials, and proposals for potential franchise partners and investors.
- Contribute to the evaluation of potential partners by gathering and organising relevant data and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining and updating databases, trackers, and pipelines related to franchise leads and development opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to gather required information for development projects.
- Support the organisation of meetings, calls, and follow-ups with prospective partners and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and updates on business development activities and pipeline progress.
- Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the hospitality and F&B sectors.
- Provide general administrative and operational support to the Business Development team as required.
& Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong interest in business development, franchising, and expansion strategies within the hospitality or F&B industry.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct research, interpret data, and support strategic insights.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
- Fluency in English, Arabic or additional languages are a plus.
