- **Role Description**
- : The Franchise Business Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Saudi Arabia, responsible for driving the growth and performance of the Novalac franchise business within the assigned territory.
- This role oversees franchise partner relationships, including onboarding, performance management, and support to ensure alignment with brand standards and business objectives.
- The Franchise Business Manager will develop and implement franchise business plans, track sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities for expansion and optimization.
- Daily activities include monitoring P&L performance for franchise operations, coordinating with marketing and supply chain teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- The role also involves conducting regular market visits, training franchise partners and their teams, and preparing management reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in franchise development and management, including Franchise Sales and Franchising skills.
- Strong Business Planning and Business Management capabilities, with a track record of executing growth strategies.
- Solid P&L Management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Background in FMCG, nutrition, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence partners and internal teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in Saudi Arabia (Jeddah or Riyadh), travel within the region as needed, and operate effectively in a multicultural environment.
