Qualifications

• Preferred GED or equivalent
• Preferred proficiency in reading and writing English
• Preferred knowledge of lumber and engineered wood products, wood framing anchors, and connections and how they are assembled and used in hand frame and panelized buildings.
• Hourly/Salary Pay Range: $35,000 - $70,000 annually, dependent on experience
• Bonus/Incentive Pay:
• For hourly framing crew members: Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses. A discretionary annual bonus based on Company and business unit performance may also be provided.
