About Us

Palomba General Trading LLC is an international company operating between Dubai, Europe and selected global markets.

The company specializes in natural ingredients, essential oils, botanical extracts, fragrance solutions and premium products for the food, beauty, fragrance and lifestyle industries.

To support the growth of our activities in Dubai, we are looking for a Fragrance & Essential Oils Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support relationships with clients, suppliers and business partners in the fragrance and essential oils sector
  • Assist in the development of fragrance, essential oil and natural ingredient projects
  • Coordinate communication with international partners and customers
  • Prepare presentations, product information and commercial materials
  • Support business meetings, trade fairs and networking activities
  • Assist in identifying new opportunities within the fragrance, beauty and premium products sectors
  • Contribute to the development of long-term business relationships

Requirements

  • Strong interest in fragrances, essential oils, natural ingredients and premium products
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Professional and structured working approach
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Experience in fragrances, cosmetics, beauty, hospitality, luxury products or related sectors is appreciated
  • International mindset and ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Arabic language skills are considered an advantage but are not mandatory

Compensation

AED 18,000 – AED 28,000 per month

Compensation depends on experience, qualifications and professional profile.
