Role Description
The Fragrance Consultant plays a key role within Regent & Co.’s executive experience ecosystem, contributing to the refinement of our clients’ personal presence through scent identity.
This role goes beyond traditional retail advisory.
The consultant will work closely with high-profile individuals to define and curate signature fragrances that align with their personal brand, lifestyle, and strategic positioning.
Responsibilities
include delivering highly personalized consultations, guiding clients through bespoke fragrance selection, and ensuring an elevated, discreet, and seamless experience.
The consultant will collaborate with Regent & Co.’s wider expert network to ensure fragrance is fully integrated into the client’s overall image and presence strategy.
Qualifications
- Deep expertise in fragrance profiling, composition, and luxury product knowledge
- Proven experience in high-end or luxury environments, ideally with VIP or UHNW clientele
- Strong ability to translate personality, positioning, and lifestyle into a tailored scent identity
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of discretion
- Ability to build trust and long-term rapport with high-profile individuals
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering a refined, bespoke experience
- Fluency in English required; Arabic or additional languages are a plus
