KorixPay is a non-custodial payment orchestration platform built for GCC banks and licensed fintechs.

We give institutions a single API to access stablecoin and FRT settlement rails for cross-border B2B payments — reducing cost, improving margins, and delivering a product their clients actually want.

Currently in setup under ADGM.

Working within the FSRA's FRT Payment Services framework.

Integrated with Circle (USDC), Visa Direct, and Thunes.

This starts as a fractional engagement — 6–8 months, project-based, covering the launch and initial go-to-market phase.

If the fit is there, it converts to a full-time CTO role with a competitive salary and meaningful equity.

You'll work directly with the founder.

No layers, no process theatre.

You own the architecture.

Deep experience building orchestration layers, middleware, or API-first financial infrastructure.

You've done this before — not managed people who did it.

Solid understanding of blockchain and stablecoin technology, and how it connects to regulated payment systems.

You know what "non-custodial" actually means technically and why it matters commercially.

Hands-on with payment network integrations — Visa, Mastercard, Thunes, or equivalent.

You can read an API spec and spot the gaps.

Comfortable in a regulated environment.

ADGM, FSRA, or similar licensing frameworks aren't new territory for you.

Based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi preferred, or able to operate on UAE hours.

Hybrid is fine.

You'd be joining a founding team that spans banking, fintech, Web3, and regulatory — people who've operated inside the institutions we're building for, not consultants who studied them from the outside.

That depth is rare at this stage, and it changes what's possible.

The market is real.

GCC cross-border B2B payments is a multi-billion dollar flow moving on infrastructure that hasn't changed in decades.

The regulatory window is open — ADGM and the FSRA have created the framework.

The stablecoin rails are live.

What's missing is the orchestration layer that connects it all for institutions.

That's what you'd be building.
