Job Description
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to support business growth and market expansion.
- Oversee brand management and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Lead market research initiatives to identify opportunities and trends within the industrial and manufacturing sector.
- Collaborate with the sales department to align marketing campaigns with revenue objectives.
- Manage digital and traditional marketing efforts to enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adjust as needed.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
- Lead and inspire the marketing team to achieve organisational goals.
The Successful Applicant
- A successful Chief Marketing Officer should have:
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in strategic marketing within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, for this particular role is required to be a native French speaker.
