- Premium hourly rate for Local Employees

- Earn a Class A CDL with CWS CDL Training Reimbursement Program for Non-CDL holders
- Up to $1,500 a month for travel paid to rotating employees
- Paid training opportunities
- $40 a day per diem when working and staying away from home district and food not provided
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) - provided to each new hire specific to each position
- Fourteen (14) days on Seven (7) days off
- Rotate from Days to Nights after days off
- 12+ hour shifts
- Consistent high amounts of overtime available
- Previous industry experience or Valid Class A CDL required
- Satisfactory MVR
