Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop service technicians delivering pest control services.
• Conduct field quality audits and daily spot checks against company standards.
• Coach technicians in the field, run training sessions, and complete performance assessments.
• Ensure new technicians are trained and competent before working unsupervised, and keep progress records.
• Lead treatment execution in difficult or large-scale pest control situations.
• Plan time, products, and manpower for client jobs.
• Resolve customer complaints and follow up on client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients to support trust and retention.
• Ensure technicians have the correct tools and equipment, and conduct regular vehicle inspections.
• Ensure the team follows company policies, including occupational health and safety requirements.
• Support generation of new sales leads from the field.
• Prepare and submit quality and service reports to the FQA Manager.

Requirements

• Experience in pest control services; specialised treatments are desirable.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a field team.
• Strong quality and customer service mindset, with a drive to complete work to a high standard.
• Good communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Ability to remain calm, organised, and positive while handling ongoing demands.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• High school certificate or equivalent.
• National Certificate in Pest Control (NCPC) is an advantage.
