About This Role
FP&A Specialist (Contract) – UAE | Immediate Joiners Preferred
We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional for a contract role supporting financial reporting, forecasting, and project performance analysis.
Job Details
- Location: UAE
- Salary: AED 15,000 per month
- Contract Duration: 6 months (initial 3–4 months with extension)
- Employment Type: Contract
- Start Date: Immediate
Requirements
- 5–10 years of relevant FP&A / Finance experience
- Qualified Accountant (CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP (GL, AP, AR)
- Experience with Oracle Projects (preferred)
- Understanding of service contracts (Material & Labour)
- Experience in technology or project-based environments
Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing and preparation of management accounts
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules
- Develop financial forecasts based on project backlog
- Compare forecast vs FY26 budget and highlight variances
- Analyze cost overruns and change order requests
- Collaborate with business teams for financial insights and planning
Preferred Criteria
- Own visa preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
