FP&A Director – MENA
.
This role is responsible for strategic and financial leadership, implementing robust planning and forecasting across MENA, managing risk within complexities of the MENA structure (JV, export, service agreements, legal and tax requirements, Saudi Board and Partners etc.) all while driving BU growth aspirations.
Is also responsible for building an HPT Finance Team that is a regional hub in analytic and commercial support to facilitate fact-based decision making and improve Clorox brand growth and profitability to deliver the AMEA financial commitments.
Will serve as a key business partner to Commercial, Marketing and Supply Chain teams across the region and plays a critical role in shaping business decisions and accelerating growth across a dynamic and fast-evolving market environment.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the MENA financial planning and analysis agenda, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning and monthly business reviews.
- Partner closely with Commercial and Marketing leaders to drive pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness, trade investment optimization and profitable growth initiatives.
- Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions and growth opportunities.
- Drive performance analysis across sales channels, key accounts, distributors and product categories.
- Monitor and manage key spending areas including Trade Spend, Marketing, SG&A and operational investments.
- Support financial evaluations for innovation launches, customer agreements, investment cases and strategic projects.
- Deliver executive-level reporting and presentations to MENA and AMEA leadership teams.
- Identify risks and opportunities proactively and lead mitigation or acceleration plans.
- Enhance financial processes, reporting tools and business analytics capabilities to improve decision-making quality and speed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR and Finance Leaders teams across the region.
What We’re Looking For
- 15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Business Finance within multinational FMCG / CPG organizations, with at least 5 years in a Senior Finance leadership role within the CPG/manufacturing industry.
- Strong business partnering experience supporting Commercial and Marketing organizations.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, forecasting, pricing, trade investment and profitability analysis.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple functions and markets.
- Experience working in complex and matrixed international organizations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with executive presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
- MBA, CPA, CA or equivalent finance qualification preferred.
- Experience with ERP and financial planning tools such as SAP, Anaplan or similar systems preferred.
- Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong plus.
