Role overview
The Senior Analyst, Corporate FP&A provides analytical and reporting support across the corporate financial planning and analysis function.
The role supports recurring reporting and planning processes in a fast-paced, developing environment.
What you'll do
- Prepare recurring financial reports and analyze variances against budget and forecast.
- Track spending against plan, maintain supporting schedules, and support reporting workstreams.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly reporting packages, financial summaries, and supporting schedules.
- Compile and quality-check data for planning templates, forecasts, and management reporting.
- Provide analytical support and respond to ad hoc requests from the FP&A Director and business partners.
- Back up OneStream administration, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain documentation and consistency for recurring reporting processes.
- Identify data inconsistencies or errors, escalate them, and support resolution.
What we look for
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong Excel skills; comfort with large datasets and building accurate schedules.
- Exposure to OneStream or similar EPM/consolidation tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, with ownership of accuracy and data quality.
- Self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to take ownership of evolving work.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to manage recurring deliverables and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
