Quarter Zero is a venture studio spun out of TASC — one of the GCC's leading workforce management businesses with 600+ enterprise clients. We build and co-own startups from the ground up, pairing bold founders with TASC's infrastructure, client network, and institutional capital relationships to compress the path from idea to scale.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a hands-on technical founder to join Quarter Zero as a Founding Tech Lead for a new venture being built around a specific theme. This is not a traditional employment role it is a co-founder arrangement with a salary floor and meaningful ESOPS, backed by TASC's operational backbone so you can focus entirely on building.
You will work alongside a dedicated Product & Market Expert and have full access to TASC's enterprise client base, shared services infrastructure, and strategic relationships from day one.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Architect and build the core product from zero to MVP within a defined sprint cycle
- Own all technical decisions — stack, infrastructure, data architecture, and product roadmap
- Collaborate daily with the Product & Market Expert to validate assumptions and iterate rapidly
- Leverage TASC's backend systems (SAP, Salesforce, HR infrastructure) to accelerate development
- Hire and lead a lean engineering team as the venture grows
- Engage with TASC's enterprise clients directly to build, test, and refine the product
WHO YOU ARE
- A full-stack or backend engineer with 5+ years of experience shipping production-grade products
- Someone who has built or contributed to a 0-to-1 product startup experience is strongly preferred
- Comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and iterating fast
- Entrepreneurially minded, you want ownership, not just a paycheck
- Experienced with cloud infrastructure (AWS / GCP / Azure), APIs, and scalable architecture
- Strong communicator who can translate technical realities to non-technical stakeholders
- Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE
