Our client is an internationally established real estate investment and development group currently expanding its presence in Dubai.
As part of this exciting growth phase, we are looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial, and results-driven Sales Consultants to join the company's founding sales team in the UAE.
This is a unique opportunity to join an international organization at an early stage and grow alongside the business.
The Opportunity
This is
not
a traditional salaried sales role.
It is an opportunity for confident sales professionals who believe their income should reflect their performance.
You will initially join on a
flexible freelance basis
, allowing you to start without making an immediate long-term employment commitment.
After successfully closing your first transaction, you will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent full-time position within the company.

Your Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential property buyers and investors
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Present investment opportunities professionally
- Guide clients throughout the complete sales journey
- Negotiate and successfully close transactions
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and relationship building
- Stay informed about market trends and investment opportunities
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

- Additional languages such as Arabic, German, Russian, French, Hindi, or Urdu are highly advantageous
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are strongly preferred
