Overview
Wealthrone is building a Serial Acquirer / Roll-Up / HoldCo focused on acquiring small, profitable Bitcoin-related companies.
We are looking for a founding investor to join the venture as an equity partner and help accelerate the first phase of growth and acquisitions.
The role is intended for an investor capable of participating with 6–7 figure capital.
Experience
with serial acquirers, Bitcoin-related businesses, M&A, capital raising, or investor networks is helpful, but not mandatory.
The most important qualities are ambition and a focus on long-term value creation.
Wealthrone’s founder previously built a serial acquirer in another sector and has been active in Bitcoin since 2018.
