Let’s Gym is a fitness app helping people find workout partners , join fitness communities , and discover local workout events . We’re building for Dubai and the wider UAE with a strong focus on real-world connection, partnerships, and community-led growth.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Founding GTM Lead (UAE) to work directly with the founder and own growth across Dubai and the UAE. This is not a traditional marketing role — it’s a high-ownership role for someone who can operate like a business partner: open doors, close partnerships, run activations, and build repeatable growth loops .

For the right person, this role has a clear path to becoming Co-Founder-level .

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Own UAE growth almost like a business partner, not just an employee
• Shape GTM strategy, positioning, and where we focus first (areas, segments, channels)
• Build and close partnerships with gyms, studios, trainers, run clubs, padel organizers, wellness brands, and communities
• Use your UAE network to open doors and turn conversations into pilots and recurring collaborations
• Launch local activations and community-led growth initiatives (events, collabs, ambassador/host programs)
• Build systems: pipeline tracking, weekly reporting, playbooks that scale
• Work directly with the founder to test ideas, refine the model, and push growth weekly

Who This Role Is For

• Based in Dubai/UAE
• Strong UAE business ecosystem knowledge and comfort doing deals locally
• Proven experience in partnerships / BD / growth (and you’ve closed before)
• You already have relationships in fitness/wellness (or can build them fast)
• You’re hands-on: outreach, meetings, follow-ups, and on-the-ground execution
• Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by early-stage startup life

Not a fit if: you’re looking for a content-only or social media manager role.

Compensation

We’re pre-revenue, so this role is equity-based to start , with a clear path to stipend/salary once milestones and/or revenue are hit . For the right person, there’s real upside and a path to Co-Founder-level .
