Botify Labs

Botify Labs is an AI infrastructure and automation layer built for modern marketing agencies.

We help agencies launch AI-powered customer support, lead generation, and business automation solutions under their own brand without building complex AI systems or managing infrastructure.

Our platform enables agencies to create new recurring revenue streams through white-label AI assistants, automation tools, and scalable client solutions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and confident founding GTM Executive to help grow our AI automation business.

This is a commission-based role for someone who can generate leads, build relationships, book demos, run sales conversations, follow up with prospects, and close deals professionally.

You will be selling AI-powered business solutions to agencies and businesses looking to add AI automation services under their own brand.

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to agencies and businesses through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and outbound prospecting
  • Identify qualified leads and decision makers
  • Start conversations and build strong client relationships
  • Book and manage demos and discovery calls
  • Present Botify Labs solutions confidently and professionally
  • Understand client pain points and position the right solutions
  • Handle objections and negotiations effectively
  • Follow up consistently with leads and prospects
  • Close high-ticket deals and recurring contracts
  • Maintain organized lead tracking and communication records
  • Work closely with the founder and technical team

Requirements

  • Strong communication and sales skills
  • Confident speaking with agency owners, founders, and decision makers
  • Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage outbound outreach and follow-ups consistently
  • Good understanding of digital marketing, SaaS, AI, or automation services is a plus
  • Experience in B2B sales, agency sales, SaaS sales, or lead generation is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and generate opportunities proactively

  • 100% commission-based position
