The Role
We’re looking for a Founding GTM & RevOps Lead to build and scale our outbound revenue engine from the ground up.
This is not a traditional sales role.
You will design the system that drives pipeline, not just close deals.
You will own everything from CRM setup to outbound strategy to performance tracking.

What You’ll Do
- Build and manage our CRM (likely HubSpot)
- Design and implement outbound sales cadences (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Define and optimize our pipeline (lead → tasting → first order → recurring client)
- Launch and manage outbound campaigns targeting HR, Office Managers, and People teams
- Track performance across the funnel (reply rates, meetings, conversions, revenue)
- Work closely with founders to refine messaging, positioning, and offers
- Implement tools like Salesloft as we scale
- Train and support sales reps as the team grows

What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B SaaS growth, RevOps, or outbound sales systems
- Strong understanding of CRM systems, pipelines, and automation
- Proven ability to build outbound engines from scratch
- Analytical mindset - you track, test, and optimize everything
- Hands-on operator - you execute, not just strategize
- Comfortable in early-stage environments with ambiguity

- Experience with marketplaces, food-tech, or logistics platforms
- Familiarity with tools like Salesloft, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience scaling outbound teams
