About the Role
Join an early-stage B2B SaaS team as the technical owner of customer deployments, working across data engineering, applied AI, and customer success. You will turn complex customer data and business goals into trusted systems and build reusable tools that help future deployments move faster.
What You'll Do

Define success measures with customers and build analyses that assess delivered business impact.
Create reusable validation frameworks, evaluation harnesses, and mapping tools based on deployment learnings.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, such as forward deployed engineering, solutions engineering, or software engineering with substantial customer exposure.

Knowledge of distributions, seasonality, validation design, calibration, and modeling.
Experience building custom agent setups beyond default implementations.
Ability to resolve conflicting business definitions through customer interviews and data validation, and to define metrics and demonstrate business outcomes.
Careful, evidence-driven problem solving, comfort with ambiguity, and a stable employment history. Founder experience is a plus.
